Volunteering Arts Horizons welcomes volunteers to work in our Englewood, NJ office. Whether you are returning to work or looking for a stimulating activity following retirement, we will evaluate your skills to fit into our friendly office. Positions may be available in marketing, graphic design, office management, technology, fundraising, research, finance, arts education programming and more. Internships Arts Horizons Internships are offered at four locations: - At our main Englewood, NJ office in the following areas: Development, Marketing, Information Technologies (IT), Finance/Accounting, and Fund Raising/Event Planning.
- At The LeRoy Neiman Art Center in Harlem, New York City.
- During the summer, at William Paterson University, Wayne, NJ and Rutgers University, Camden, NJ, at our Artist /Teacher Institute (aTi).
All internships require a minimum time commitment of 20 hours per week unless otherwise specified. We accept internship applications year round, for both the academic year and the summer. The selection process for summer interns generally starts at the beginning of April. The internships are unpaid, but academic credit can be arranged. We offer a flexible schedule in a friendly office or campus environment. This is a great opportunity for a college student who is interested in learning about arts education programming or working in the nonprofit sector to learn from one of the tri-state area's leading non-profit arts organizations.
