| The mission of The Center is to strengthen the community through the arts. The Center is fulfilling this mission through the actualization of three organizational goals:
- To provide quality arts experiences.
- To support the skills that encourage life-long learning.
- To seek and strengthen sustainable partnerships and collaborations.
The Center provides programming for all ages (including senior citizens), Monday through Saturday, and during the summer. Morning programs include:
- Arts Instruction for home schooled youth, senior citizens, and pre-school children with an adult.
- Professional development workshops for public school personnel and after school practitioners.
- Elementary and Middle School field trips with art workshops
- Exhibitions, workshops, performances and special events for schools and other organizations.
Afternoon and weekend programs cater to elementary, middle and high school youth. These programs are in the following visual art disciplines:
- Drawing, Painting, & Printmaking
- Sculpture and Ceramics
- Digital Media/iMovie/Photoshop
- Computer Graphics & Web Design
- Fashion Design
