History comes alive as versatile performers celebrate the incredible diversity of our musical heritage. In a highly interactive program, students journey through the time periods from which the music originates, from folk to jazz, tin-pan alley to rock and contemporary pop. Performances feature an introduction of ?music styles,? and European and African cultural influences on music are highlighted. This program may be adapted for students from early childhood through high school.
