There?ll be ?A Whole Lotta Shakin? Goin? On? as The Blues Rock Connection traces the history of the Blues. The Blues Rock Connection is a four piece band consisting of electric guitar, electric bass, drums and sax. By telling the story of how the Blues came to be and how it lead to the creation of Rock ?n? Roll, they touch on the social issues of slavery, the Civil War, emancipation, the African American diaspora, segregation, integration and the civil rights movement.

In addition, students are introduced to the different families of instruments used in the show and with songs like ?Hound Dog? and ?La Bamba,? they?ll all be saying ?I Feel Good!?
